The Elk Point Officials Clinic will be on Saturday, October 5.
All officials must register for clinics online.
NEW OFFICIALS MUST COMPLETE THE ONLINE INTRO TO OFFICIATING CLINIC PRIOR TO THE IN PERSON CLINIC.
Elk Point officials can submit their Officials Clinics receipts to EPMH for reimbursement.

HOCKEY CANADA INTRO TO OFFICIATING

This clinic is a requirement designed for all NEW officials that are registering. All NEW officials MUST complete this online/on demand Hockey Canada Officiating Program - Intro to Officiating course prior to registering for a clinic.
You will be emailed a link from Hockey Canada upon registration to access the program. You can access the link to the course in your Spordle account in the calendar as well. The minimum age to be an official in rural Alberta is 12. In the greater Calgary and Edmonton areas it is 13. This online clinic only needs to be taken once in an official's career. If you have previously taken Hockey University (HU 1/2), you do not need to complete this course.

This is an officials clinic for new and returning Level 1 officials, 15 years of age or younger as of Dec 31/2024 for the 2024/25 season.
*Officials need to complete *HU- ONLINE Officiating Course OR the NEW Hockey Canada Intro to Officiating course once within their officiating career prior to registering.

This is an officials clinic for new or returning Level 2 officials, 15 years of age or older as of Dec 31/2024 for the 2024/25 season.
*Officials need to complete *HU- ONLINE Officiating Course OR the NEW Hockey Canada Intro to Officiating course once within their officiating career prior to registering.
*All officials 19 years and older need to complete a Criminal Record Check (CRC) to become an official. Only CRC's done through www.backcheck.net/hockeyalberta will be accepted. Each CRC is good for three years unless otherwise notified.
